DCS believes that on-going support is essential to maximising your investment, including a fully manned hotline. This hotline gives you access to a team of experienced accounting and applications professionals.

DCS recognise that even the best software becomes unproductive if the operators are not properly trained. All accounts software supplied by DCS is delivered inclusive of an element of training, which ensures all operators are proficient with the software. This training can be delivered in our Training room at Boston Lodge or on site, at a customer controlled timetable. We also offer half day training workshops.

We have many existing customers who initially contacted DCS in a state of desperation; their existing dealers having let them down or just unable to deal with the complexities of problems that modern technology can give. Due to our vast experience and resources, including support that we have from manufacturers, we are in a particularly good position to resolve your on-going problems. Our troubleshooting services are usually based on an initial free-of-charge visit to ascertain the nature of the issue which is then followed by our fix visit.

All software and hardware supplied by DCS comes with 3-months free hotline support, with access to experienced technicians to answer your technical queries. After this 3-month period DCS offers a full support contract with a fully manned hotline, which where applicable, compliments the manufacturer’s annual licence to give complete cover on your software.
